1. Most quality issues can be solved by replacing the battery, adjusting the battery placement, or connecting the wire heads. When selling toys, it's important to know how to repair them.
2. For quality issues, please contact our after-sales customer service to register and process the problem. If the product has not been registered, it will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
3. For other reasons such as poor sales, not as good as expected, unauthorized or modified use, improper use or storage, beyond the post-sale service period of the product, and so on, which are not due to quality issues of the product itself, we will not provide a return or exchange.
4. The majority of product images are selfies. Due to market changes and other factors, the factory may adjust the product and packaging colors, packaging methods, etc. Please refer to the actual product for the latest information. Additionally, some products come in multiple colors. Due to the large number of colors for some products, we have not uploaded all the colors to the product details. If you have special requirements for the product color, please inform our customer service through Alipay. Otherwise, the product will be shipped at random.
