i, about order quantity

1. Our store mainly sells wholesale products and does not retail products. The total number of purchases must be more than 3 pairs;

2. If you only need a pair of samples, you can deliver the goods at wholesale price. Please contact our Wangwang customer service and inform us whether the glasses wholesaler is available;

3. Distribution Agent customers must purchase more than 5 pairs for the first time, which can be one piece dropshipping after being filed by our store, and the agent service fee plus 10 yuan for each pair.

II, about production cycle

1. Take 300-5000 pairs as an example in stock: the delivery time of all glasses types is 1-2 days

  production: metal racket 5-13 days aluminum magnesium rack 6-16 days

  metal plastic mixing rack 5-9 days full plastic 4-8 days

re-production: metal racket 15-25 days aluminum magnesium rack 25-35 days

  metal plastic mixing rack 8-18 days all plastic 5-12 days

the mold needs to be lengthened for 16 days.

III, about OEM labeling

1. Laser laser: The minimum order quantity of a single model is more than 100 pairs. 1 yuan/pair is charged for those less than 100 pairs.

2. Silk Screen/Silver stamping: The minimum order quantity of a single model is more than 400 pairs. For those less than 400 pairs, 0.3 yuan/pair is charged.

3. Metal Stamping: The minimum order quantity of a single model is more than 3,000 pairs. A total of 600 yuan will be charged for those with less than 3,000 pairs.

4. Zinc alloy labeling: zinc alloy labeling minimum order quantity is more than 10,000 pairs. If the number is less than 10,000, mold fees yuan will be charged. The standard price is charged separately.

IV, about glasses color

1. The glasses style is not limited to the website pictures, but can be processed customization as request.

2. 100% of our products are taken in kind. The color of the pictures is close to that of the real products. However, due to factors such as the light during shooting and the resolution of the display, the products have certain chromatic aberration, please give priority to products or samples by hand. The color difference problem is not a quality problem and cannot be returned or exchanged.

V, about Packaging

our factory mainly has two types of packaging:

1. White box size 21 × 15 × 7.5 weight 130KG outer box size 80 × 24 × 37 weight 890KG

generally used for metal racket, 20 pairs of glasses/white box, 25 white boxes per outer box, 500 pairs of glasses per box

2. White box size 26.8 × 15.5 × 8 weight 165KG outer box size 80 × 28 × 45 weight 990KG

       generally used for metal and plastic rack, plastic rack 16 pairs/white box, metal racket 20 pairs/white box.

     There are 25 white boxes in one outer box, and 400 or 500 pairs in one box.

Other package sizes depend on the purchase quantity, not listed one by one

VI, about logistics and express delivery

our default Yunda Express, SF Express (on-arrival), and Debon logistics (on-arrival) need to specify other logistics express companies. Please contact our customer service before purchasing. If the price difference involves more refunds and less compensation.

VII, about return and exchange

1. Due to quality problems such as wrong delivery or obvious scratches on lenses, paint shedding on frames, nose pad falling off frames, and loose frames, the postage for return and exchange shall be borne by our factory;

2. Return and exchange products without quality problems. The buyer ensures that the product packaging is intact and does not affect the secondary sales. The product can be returned only after the factory agrees. The postage is borne by the buyer;

3. Samples cannot be returned. The proofing fee can be reduced after the order is placed.
