III. After-sales rules
1. 3. Customers need to unpack and check whether the outer packing box is damaged or not when receiving the goods. If there are quality problems such as damage caused by transportation problems, please ask the relevant transportation company to issue a certificate stamped with fresh seal and provide this certificate to us, we will assist customers in making claims.
4. For reasons of dissatisfaction and dissimilarity, if there is no quality problem, the return will not be accepted.
5. If you return all quality problems, please accumulate more than five kilograms to return the goods. The returned freight will be borne by our company (reject expensive logistics returns such as Debon and Jiaji, please contact the after-sales customer service for the return method), if the customer insists on returning the goods, the freight will be paid by himself.
