【Ordering Instructions】

1. Product Order: Each product has its own minimum order quantity. If the customer's order quantity is lower than the minimum order quantity, the unit price will slightly increase. Please communicate specifically with the sales representative.
2. Product Quotation: Our products can be viewed on the website for reference prices and detailed information. Then, contact the sales representative for a quotation based on your needs. If it's a custom style, we can provide physical samples to accurately calculate the price. Looking at the pictures can only estimate the approximate price. The final price is confirmed by the written contract with our factory, and the sample price is the standard. For large orders, there are price discounts. Generally, the quotation does not include tax and freight.
3. Product prototype: All styles can be made based on the physical sample or images provided by the customer. The fabric material can be selected according to the customer's requirements to control the unit cost of the product. Generally, stock fabrics in conventional colors are available for selection, while special colors require custom orders for the bulk production.
4. Order Contract: Both parties confirm the product style, quantity, unit price, color, material, LOGO manufacturing process, and delivery time, and then sign an order contract. All matters are subject to the provisions of the contract.
5. Production Time: The production time for stock fabric is generally 15 days. If the order is very urgent, it can be arranged based on the production schedule in the workshop to deliver the goods as early as possible. For special materials and colors, the ordering time is about 10 to 20 days.
6. Packing Method: Each product is packaged according to its specifications and style, using high-quality durable cardboard boxes to prevent damage during transportation.
Payment terms: A 30% deposit is required upon placing the order. You are welcome to inspect the goods at our factory before payment, and we will arrange for the shipment after the balance of 70% has been settled.
