1. Ordering Rules:
1. The price is the actual wholesale price, and we support mixed batching with no quantity limit. As long as you can place an order, we will ship it. II. Shipping Rules:
1. Our main shipping methods are two: for small quantities, we recommend using express delivery, which provides door-to-door service and is convenient and fast. For larger quantities, it is more cost-effective to use logistics, but you need to pick up the goods at the logistics company. It is generally not very convenient. By default, the express delivery is China Post, and the logistics is dedicated freight. As long as the place is relatively developed in the trade with Yiwu, there are direct trucks. After the goods arrive, the freight company will call to notify the pick-up. Even if there are no direct trucks in the counties and districts, the freight company will arrange trucks to transfer the goods step by step. The direct place freight fee for one piece of goods is about 30 yuan, and the transfer fee for the place needing transfer is about 20 yuan.
2. The goods will be shipped within 1-2 days after payment, except in special circumstances. Due to the imperfection of the Ali backend, the specific shipping time is determined by the courier's scanning record, not by the "click shipping" on the backend. 3. When the customer receives the goods, they should open the box for inspection regardless of whether the outer packaging box is damaged. If there are any quality problems such as damage due to transportation issues, please ask the relevant transportation company to provide a proof with a fresh stamp, and provide this proof to us. We will assist the customer in making a claim.
4. Refunds for items returned without actual quality issues as reasons of dissatisfaction or unlikeness will not be accepted.
5. For all quality-related returns, please accumulate a minimum of five kilograms of products for a return.
