4. Inventory Status:

5. About Shipping:

Small orders are sent by courier and roughly every 2.5 kilograms is split into a separate parcel. If the order is a full box or over 1000 yuan, it is defaulted to be sent by logistics (if it's free shipping, it only covers the cost to the city's courier station). You need to pick up the goods at the courier station. Please confirm the quantity and whether there is any damage when you pick up or when the courier station delivers the goods. If there are any differences, please contact the customer service on the spot. If you directly sign for the goods, it will be considered as no problem, and the company will not bear any responsibility afterwards. 6. About the refund policy for shipping fees:

Due to the huge daily shipment volume, once the orders are printed, it requires a significant amount of manpower to locate them or the products may already have been picked up by the courier. Therefore, we do not refund shipping fees for refunds. For orders that are shipped for free, at least 5 yuan will be deducted from each order.
