Shipping Cost Explanation

Receiving Standards
1. When buyers pick up the goods, please carefully inspect them in front of the logistics freight company personnel. If you find that the outer box is severely deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, or the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are obvious signs of being opened and sealed, please open and count the goods in person to check, and if there is any error, please negotiate with the logistics company on the spot for compensation. Sample Fee
Retail, wholesale, or gift order customers, we treat everyone equally and do not provide free samples. If you really need one, we will sell it at a 20% higher price than the retail price. You can recover the sample price difference after confirming the order.

1. We do not accept returns in principle. If the product has quality problems due to factory defects, we can negotiate for a exchange. However, the transportation costs need to be borne by the buyer.
