All products sent by our company are individually packaged with beautiful and independent packaging. Despite our precautions, it is impossible to avoid problems that may occur during long-distance transportation, such as scratches, bumps, and squeezes.

Our company has a basic amount of inventory for all our products, but due to the high popularity of our car models, role-playing sets, and planes, as well as the large volume of both export and domestic orders, there is a possibility that some products may not be available after an order is placed. Therefore, it is normal for the delivery period to be two to three days. We will make every effort to arrange early shipment. The solution to the shortage problem: In general, we will contact the consignee to inform them of the shortage reason and obtain their consent to replace the style or color. If we cannot contact the consignee, the default principle is to send as much as we can according to the order. The remaining payment will be fully refunded to the purchaser.

Please the buyer personally sign for the parcel when receiving it, and check it in person to ensure it is correct. If you find: the quantity is incorrect, the goods are damaged, please seal it back in its original condition and refuse to sign immediately, contact the shop owner in front of the courier, and after confirmation by myself, it can be returned. Once the signature is received, the store will not assume any responsibility, please pay attention!!! Damage: The responsibility for damage caused by transportation will not be borne by our company (it is recommended to choose logistics companies with insurance such as DEBON and BEST). However, we have an obligation to do our utmost to assist our clients in resolving this issue. Our company will adopt double-layer packaging, adding cushioning materials, and compact stacking methods to avoid damage. Please (or other persons authorized to receive goods) must inspect the quantity and appearance of the goods together with the courier (this is your right), if the quantity is incorrect or the appearance is damaged, please have the courier sign to confirm.

Issue 1: The courier refuses to open the package together for inspection. Solution: Make sure to hold on to the delivery receipt until you have completed the inspection, then return it to the courier. Issue 2: The courier refuses to sign to confirm the missing items. Solution: Just remember the courier's phone number and name.

Unconditional Return Policy: Our company offers a 15-day unconditional return and exchange service. (If the returned goods do not meet the standards, a 20% handling fee will be charged for the product.) The shipping cost for the unconditional return or exchange is borne by the buyer.
