2. As for logistics, freight is generally paid on arrival, and goods need to be picked up at the freight station. Delivery logistics can be provided by customers themselves (please provide Linyi logistics phone number) or we can choose a more suitable one for you! (Note: We can only help buyers estimate the freight of the goods. The actual freight is mainly based on the amount at the time of delivery. We can control the delivery time, but we can't tell the arrival time of the freight station correctly. Please understand, thank you!)

1. Buyers should carefully check the goods in front of the logistics and freight company personnel when picking up the goods. If the outer box is seriously deformed, damaged, packaging tape broken and damaged, and the sealing tape is incomplete, there are obvious signs of being unpacked and opened. Please check them in person. If you find any errors, you must negotiate with the logistics company to solve the compensation in person. If it cannot be solved, please do not take away the goods first, contact us at the freight station for negotiation; Otherwise, the goods will be accepted without objection after signing.
2. We deliver goods on behalf of customers and handle shipping procedures. Freight is paid on arrival. When picking up the goods, if there is any damage, the available freight will be guaranteed. Generally, we recommend that you do not pay in advance.

★Sample fee
for retail, wholesale or gift order customers, we do not provide samples for free. If you really need to sell samples at a price of 20% higher than the actual retail price, you can make up the sample price difference after confirming the order.

★After-sales service
1. In principle, we do not accept returns. Products can be exchanged through negotiation due to factory quality problems, but the buyer is responsible for the transportation costs incurred, after receiving the returned product, we will send the replacement together when the customer purchases the product next time. We cannot accept the situation when the product is delivered together next time. The freight will be borne by the customer! Please inform the customer service of Wangwang of our firm before sending it back!!
2. Due to the particularity of toy products, which cannot be compared with household appliances, the toy products sold by our company do not implement the Three Guarantees policy. If problems occur after use, our company will not bear the responsibility, if within the scope of our ability, we will help solve these problems, but the related expenses incurred shall be borne by the customer. Special products shall be handled according to relevant agreements reached between our customer service personnel and customers.
3. The following conditions cannot be returned or exchanged: The Returned product packaging is damaged or incomplete, the product accessories or related materials are incomplete, unauthorized repair or modification, not used or stored according to normal methods, products beyond the after-sales service period.

★Exemption clause
1. All the products we sell are strictly inspected by quality inspectors to ensure the quality of the products. However, due to various uncertain factors, our factory can only guarantee that 97-98% of the products have no problem after arrival, 2%-3% is exempt from liability.
2. The goods delivered by our firm are all new. Before shipment, we will ensure that the product packaging is intact and tidy, and the outer box is firm. However, during the transportation of products, especially in some long-distance cities, some products may be damaged by transportation (for example, some are slightly scratched by collision, for example, some color boxes of color box packaging are slightly deformed, etc. Transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. We will not be responsible for the damage caused by transportation. Transportation time is affected by weather, vehicle arrangement, traffic conditions and many other factors, and is not used as a reason for returning goods.
3. Our toys are cheap and good. They are worth the price. Some buyers feel that the workmanship is rough and defective after receiving the goods. They are not good materials. They are different from what they imagined, however, these are not quality problems. If you are too picky, please forgive me. Please consider and see clearly when buying. 4. All dimensions are measured manually, and the error of 1-2cm is normal. All pictures are uploaded in real time. Due to different light and display, there will be chromatic aberration. Please forgive me.

This clause shall take effect automatically when the customer decides to order our products without the need for signature and seal of both parties. If you do not agree to the above terms, please consider clearly and confirm your consent before ordering products with our company.
Precautions for product use:
1. The detachable frobnitz should be put away and not swallowed by children.
2. If there is battery interference in the operating site, please select another site for operation.
3. Do not store in near fire, high temperature and humid places.
