1 About the price
The first price is for bulk orders (which is more wasteful in terms of cardboard boxes and labor, and is about 3-4% higher than the price for full cases).
The second price is for buying in bulk (the minimum quantity for the middle price is one box, please order in multiples of the box).
The third price is for customers who make a single order of more than 10,000 yuan, take the entire box, and make a down payment. The shipping price is for wholesale with low profit (about 5 yuan per box), and all conditions must be met at the same time.
2 Payment Method
1. Alipay payment (without any additional conditions, protecting the interests of both buyers and sellers to the greatest extent, as safe and convenient as shopping on Taobao).
Logistics collection on behalf (the amount must be greater than 5000 yuan, the first time of goods must transfer a deposit of 20%, only includes the prefectural cities of the following provinces and cities (Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Anhui, Shandong, Henan, Shanxi, Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei).
3 bank transfers (can be discounted according to the order size, more than 8000 yuan discounts about 2%, more than 30000 yuan discounts about 3%)
3. Shipping Method and Freight
All our products are shipped without any shipping fees. After submitting your order, enter a shipping fee of 0 and confirm the order directly. Do not make any payment. Our customer service will check your address and then modify the shipping fee for you. After the modification, you can make the payment directly.
2. Default dedicated logistics, shipment within 48 hours. For customers who choose to pay the freight on arrival, please submit the order and write the freight collection or specified logistics name and contact information in the message to the seller at the bottom. For customers who make payments without modifying the freight, we choose to send the freight on arrival by dedicated logistics.
3-day logistics requires self-collection, and the fees of various logistics companies are not standardized. We can only estimate the approximate price. The specific price will fluctuate according to the amount of customer orders. If you have not received the goods after 7 days of logistics, please contact us.
4. We strongly recommend that customers find their own dedicated logistics companies from Linyi, Shandong to their destination. Linyi is already one of the most developed logistics centers in the country. We hope customers can provide as many logistics companies as possible to meet their satisfaction. We are not in the logistics industry and do not understand the hidden rules of logistics. Our experience in logistics matters is only for reference. 3. If you have specified a logistics company, please note the logistics company's pickup address and phone number in Linyi when placing an order. If there is no specified logistics company, we will arrange logistics for you, but we cannot guarantee that the pickup point is very close.

4 About After-sales Service
1. After payment, the goods will be shipped within 48 hours. We have a wide variety of products, which makes packing quite troublesome. The work of matching orders is very large, so please understand each other. We will arrange the warehouse to help you match and send them out as soon as possible!
If the item is out of stock, please note in the order comments, 'Please notify me if the item is out of stock.' If the quantity received is incorrect, please contact us within 3 days. Check the order time is from 8 am to 6 pm.
3 Our store operates on low margins, and we offer free returns and exchanges for damaged, defective, or unsalable products (except for fragile items and seasonal products). The shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the buyer's responsibility (please pack the original goods in a few boxes and return them along with a list and customer name. Upon receipt, we will count the goods and transfer the payment via Alipay or offset the payment against the next order). Please contact us via Alibaba Messenger before returning the goods.
