1. The price is the factory price, excluding tax and freight charges.

2. ZTO Express will ship for you. If you have a large quantity and heavy weight, you can contact customer service to choose express delivery (St. Honor/Best/Yimidida) or ordinary logistics, which will be cheaper. If the quantity is large, the price can be negotiated separately.

Purchasing Terms and Conditions:

1. The price is the factory price, excluding taxes and transportation fees;

2. If there are stock available, the goods can be shipped on the same day or the next day; if there are no stock, the delivery period is generally 1-5 days.

3. The above price is a reference price, and if there is any fluctuation, we will not notify you in advance. Please consult when placing an order.

4. All products in our store are photographed by the owner with actual items. Due to differences in monitors, there may be slight color differences between the buyer's expectations. We will try our best to maintain consistent colors;

5. Before the product is sent out, we will conduct strict quality checks, but scratches between products are unavoidable. During the inventory and logistics transportation, there may be normal minor scratches. While we are trying to avoid them, we also hope for your understanding.

Transport Mode

1. Small quantities of samples and goods are generally shipped by courier or mail.

2. All goods will be shipped through logistics companies in bulk to the buyer's designated city. Direct delivery to cities takes 1-3 days, while delivery to cities with transfers takes 3-5 days.

3. The buyer bears the shipping costs.


After-sales service

If the customer finds any quality issues with the product after receiving it, please contact the customer service staff immediately to discuss the options of exchange or replacement of the product.

1. Please inspect the goods in the parcel in person after receiving it to ensure that the quantity is correct and that there are no disassembly or other abnormal conditions. Then, you can sign for the goods. If you or your family, friends, classmates, or gatekeeper agree to sign for the goods, it indicates that you have confirmed the receipt of our goods and have no objections. Any claims of missing or damaged items after signing are only valid if they are confirmed by both parties. We will not accept any claims if they are only one-sided! If you find any abnormal conditions with the goods at the time of inspection, please refuse to sign for the goods and contact our store in time.

2. Customers in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai generally send express deliveries, with a fee of 6 yuan for 3KG or less, and for excess or large items, the fee is calculated at 1 yuan per kilogram. For large quantities of goods, logistics is usually the most common option (contact the manufacturer according to actual conditions). For customers from other provinces, the transportation is mainly by dedicated logistics lines, with freight costs usually ranging from 10-25 yuan per piece, with payment on delivery, self-collection required, and no home delivery. If you want home delivery, the delivery fee needs to be borne by yourself, and it can be reached within 3-5 days. The transportation system in Yongkang is quite extensive and complete, among which the dedicated lines are the most convenient and fast, and also relatively cheap. The price is usually between 10 and 20 yuan per box, with the more boxes, the cheaper the price naturally. Dedicated lines cannot be searched online, only by phone, and there is no name, all of which are individual private operations. They are all dedicated lines from Yongkang to a certain region, and the goods usually arrive 2-5 days after we send them out. If your phone is a blank number, out of service, turned off, or if you refuse to answer, or if the address is not clear or if there is no one at home, it may cause delays in the delivery of your parcel.
