1. Ordering Rules:

1. The price is the actual wholesale price, and mixed batch support is available. After clicking "Confirm the order", the system will automatically calculate the courier fee. If you have any questions about the fee, you can contact the customer service to verify and modify. If you need to send the customer to the logistics, please remember to inform us the details when placing an order. The logistics freight must be paid on arrival.
 2. Please make full use of the 'Comments to Seller' to note any special requirements. We will try our best to meet them, so that the warehouse can see the notes and avoid sending the wrong goods or the wrong logistics, and so on.

II. Shipping Rules:

1. Our main shipping methods are two: for small quantities, we recommend using express delivery, which is the default for small parcels. Express delivery can be delivered directly to your door, which is convenient and fast. For large quantities, it is more cost-effective to send goods by logistics, but the buyer needs to pick up the goods at the logistics company. You can specify the logistics company, and we can also suggest a suitable and convenient logistics company based on the actual situation for the buyer.
2. The goods will be shipped within 1-2 days after payment, except in special circumstances. Due to the imperfection of the Ali backend, the specific shipping time is determined by the courier's scanning record, not by the "click shipping" on the backend. The logistics is determined by the updated logistics number and phone number.
3. If you have a specific logistics company in mind, please contact our customer service to inform us. Because some less-used logistics companies, we need to call the local point to confirm whether the unloading point is in your area and whether the price is reasonable, and so on. If you do not contact customer service and cause the inability to ship, please understand. We will contact you to confirm the shipment in the later period. The time lost during this period is not considered as late delivery. The chat record will be used as the evidence.
4. Direct delivery usually takes 2 to 4 days, while delivery via transfer may take an additional day or two. Exceptions may apply. Please refer to actual delivery for accuracy. We cannot control the logistics, and if you have specific requirements for delivery time, you may choose to use SF Express for payment upon delivery.

Section Three: After-sales Rules
 
1. Within 7 days from the date of receipt (as determined by the date of signature on the shipping document), timely feedback on product and receipt information: including quality issues, short shipments, omissions, dislikes, etc. If there are needs for returns and exchanges, communicate with the customer service to resolve the problem. If the return or exchange is due to the buyer's reasons, the buyer is responsible for the corresponding shipping costs, and vice versa, the seller is responsible. If the case is verified to be false or exaggerated, it will not be accepted.
Note: The product size varies by about 1cm, and slight color differences do not constitute quality issues.
3. When the customer receives the goods, they should open the box for inspection regardless of whether the outer packaging box is damaged. If there are any quality problems such as damage due to transportation issues, please ask the relevant transportation company to provide a proof with a fresh stamp, and provide this proof to us. We will assist the customer in making a claim.
