1. Can the product be customized with a specific design or have a logo printed on it?
Answer: We are a factory direct sales, most of our products can accept corporate gift customization or printing of logos. For orders of 100 units or more, we can print logos, phone numbers, addresses, and other customer information on the product or packaging. The cost and lead time need to be communicated with our customer service personnel separately.

2. Can I have an invoice?

We can issue an invoice. If you need to open an invoice, you will need to pay an additional tax point. For more details, please consult the online customer service of the store!

3. Is the product shipped for free?
Answer: All our product quotes do not include shipping costs, so they are not free shipping. For specific shipping fees, please contact our customer service personnel. The shipping fee will be calculated based on the actual order quantity, volume, and arrival address. Our business personnel will try their best to arrange for you a freight service with a favorable price and fast direct delivery. For smaller orders, we ship by courier (YTO, SF, Post); for orders of 30 or more units or close to one cubic meter, we arrange for freight shipping. Shipping can be self-picked up or delivered to your door; in addition, freight usually arrives at the prefecture-level city (the county or county-level city must be specified). If in a remote area, it can be transferred to local logistics after arriving at the prefecture-level city.

How to handle product after-sales service and repairs?
All products of our company are original and genuine, with a one-year warranty. Some products enjoy replacement service (transport costs are extra). Wholesale customers should handle after-sales service by themselves through our agents. We will provide free parts that are prone to damage. When the quantity reaches a certain level, we can return to the factory for mass repair or replacement. After-sales transport costs will be borne by each party, that is, the return transport costs are the responsibility of each party, and the transport costs of the shipment are borne by our company. All products are subjected to strict quality inspection.
