3. About Shipping: After the buyer places an order and makes payment, we will ship the goods within 48 hours (two days). For bulk goods, please inform the customer service of the latest logistics company address and the name of the freight station for transportation. If there are any damage to the goods during transportation, please verify the damage with the delivery personnel directly and claim compensation or refuse to accept the goods.

6. About after-sales service: If there are any quality problems within three days from the date of receipt, please contact us immediately. We will provide a reply for returns and exchanges. We will not accept any claims after this period. If there are no quality issues, there will be no returns or exchanges. If the buyer simply does not like the product, if the difference between the picture and the actual product is too large, or if the product does not meet their expectations, or if they are not satisfied with it for subjective reasons such as not being as good as they imagined, the buyer is not allowed to return or exchange the product.
