1. Q: Are all the items in the store in stock? Are they all produced by you?  

 Answer: We are a professional manufacturer of shopping carts, storage boxes, and storage boxes. We produce our own molds, injection molding, processing, and packaging. The pictures on our website are all product photos, and we have a basic stock of inventory. Please contact the customer service for specific color and quantity.

Question: We are a gift company, can your products have my logo printed on them? 

 Answer: Yes, there are quantity requirements, and the general minimum order quantity for a single style is 2000 pieces, which requires custom-made.

Question: I am from Taobao Mall, a wholesale distributor. May I ask if your products allow mixed batch orders?   

 Answer: Yes (starting from about 20 pieces for a single style, with a total amount reaching around 1000 yuan).

Question: Can I get a discount if I order a large quantity of a single item? Also, if I order a large quantity of different styles, is there a discount if I order at least 50 pieces of each style?   

 Answer: There may be some concessions, and you can contact our customer service for more details.

Question: Can I choose the color I want?   

 Answer: You can choose colors if you order at least 20 pieces of a single style. You need to contact our customer service in advance to inquire about the availability of the product. For mixed batch customers, please note: If you are mixing colors, please confirm with the customer service first. The color dispatcher will try to match the colors as much as possible. If you have any requirements, please note them in the message.

Question: How do I pay for the goods I've selected?   

 Answer: We support Alipay transactions or bank transfers, and we will ship the goods once the payment is received!

Question: How long will it take to receive my order after placing it today?   

 Answer: We generally arrange the shipment of orders paid today within 1-2 days, except for special cases of stock shortages. The arrival time depends on the different regions, generally, for nearby areas, it will arrive the next day if it is sent today, while for more distant areas, it may take 3-6 days.

Question: Does the product support a 7-day no-reason return policy?   

 Answer: If you need to return the goods, please consult with the customer. Our store does not support freight collect returns!
