Shipping Cost Explanation

1. Regarding express delivery, if you choose to use express transportation, please contact us to confirm the express you have selected. After the payment for the goods and the freight is made, we will ship the goods within 48 hours. If there are any special circumstances, we will contact you in advance.

2. Regarding logistics, freight charges are generally collected upon delivery, and the goods need to be picked up at the freight station. The shipping logistics can be provided by the customer (please provide the Changhong freight telephone) or we can help you choose a more suitable one! (Note: we can only estimate the freight charges for the buyer, and the actual freight charges are based on the amount at the time of pickup. We can control the shipping time, but the arrival time at the freight station is not guaranteed, please understand, thank you!)

★ Receiving Standards

1. When buyers pick up the goods, please carefully inspect them in front of the logistics freight company personnel. If you find that the outer box is severely deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, or the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are obvious signs of being opened and sealed, please open and count the goods in person to check, and if there is any error, please negotiate with the logistics company on the spot for compensation. If the problem cannot be solved, please do not take the goods away at first. Contact us at the freight station for consultation; otherwise, after signing, it will be considered as no objection to accepting the goods.

2. We ship on behalf of our clients and handle the shipping and transportation procedures. All shipping costs are collect on delivery. When picking up the goods, if there are any damages, the shipping costs can be used as a guarantee. Generally, it is recommended not to prepay.

Sample Fee

Whether it is wholesale or gift order customers, we treat everyone equally and do not provide free samples. If you really need it, we will sell it at a 20% higher price than the actual retail price. You can make up for the sample price difference after confirming the order.

★ After-sales Service

1. We do not accept returns in principle. If the product has quality problems due to factory defects, we can negotiate for a exchange. However, the transportation costs need to be borne by the buyer. After receiving the returned product, we will send the exchange together with the next customer's order. We cannot accept the situation where the exchange is sent together with the next shipment. The freight costs are the responsibility of the customer! Before sending back, you must inform our business's Alibaba customer service!!

2. Due to the special nature of toy products, they cannot be compared with household appliances. Therefore, all toy products sold by our company do not apply to the three-pack policy. If there are problems after use, we do not assume any responsibility. If we can solve these problems within our capabilities, we will help, but all related costs will be borne by the customer. Special products are handled according to the relevant agreements reached between our customer service personnel and the guests.

3. The following conditions do not allow for returns or exchanges: damaged or incomplete packaging of the returned product, incomplete accessories or related materials, unauthorized repair or modification, use or storage not in accordance with normal methods, and goods beyond the post-sale service period.

★Exclusion of Liability

1. All products sold by us are strictly inspected by quality inspectors. However, due to various uncertain factors, our factory can only guarantee that 97%-98% of the products will be free from defects upon arrival. The remaining 2%-3% is within the scope of exemption.

2. All the goods sent by our company are brand new. Before shipping, we will inspect the product packaging to ensure it is intact and tidy, and the outer boxes are sturdy. However, during the transportation process, especially in some long-distance cities, it is possible that some products may suffer from transportation losses (such as minor scratches caused by collisions, or slight deformations of individual color boxes). The transportation is completed by third-party logistics companies, which are beyond our control. We will not assume responsibility for any damage caused by transportation. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, and it will not be used as a reason for returning the goods.

3. Some buyers have reported that our toys are slightly rough in workmanship, have imperfections, and are not made of high-quality materials, which do not meet their expectations. However, these issues do not fall under quality problems. We apologize for the buyers who are too picky. Please consider carefully before making a purchase, and if you have any questions, please consult us.

4. All sizes are measured by hand, and an error of 1-2CM is normal. All pictures are uploaded by actual shooting. Due to differences in light and monitors, there may be some color differences, please understand.
