2: Are they sent randomly when shipping? Can I choose a style?

about quality issues return and exchange
1. Within 15 days after receiving the goods (subject to the date of receipt of the waybill), if any product quality problem is found, please contact the after-sales customer service in time. It will not be accepted within the time limit. The problem product must be packaged completely (please bring your own packaging, do not paste or write directly on the original product outer box). If you accumulate more than five kilograms of returns, the returned freight will be borne by our company. Please return 5-10 kilograms by ordinary logistics. Our company will bear the freight and refuse to send expensive Debang, Jiaji and Tiandi Huayu logistics. If there is any violation of the freight, we will take care of it.
2. Please communicate with the after-sales customer service before returning the goods. Please fill in the after-sales service form in order to track your return and get timely processing.
3. We will try our best to satisfy the customer's specification of product color or style, but we cannot guarantee 100%. If the color or style does not match, it will not be returned or exchanged.
4. For damaged goods during transportation, we consider that it is very troublesome for customers to directly compensate the logistics company, so our company is fully responsible, however, the after-sales service form must be submitted within 3 days after receipt and registered within 3 days. If the goods are not damaged in transit within 3 days after receiving the goods, the default is that the goods are received in good condition.
5. In the case of sending goods not sold by our company to our company, we reserve the right to return the goods directly to the customer without handling all the returned goods and the freight shall be borne by the customer.
6. The following conditions cannot be returned:

8. As for the handling of damaged and quality products, if the weight does not reach 5 kilograms, if the customer wants to return it, the freight will be paid by himself.
About return and exchange of unsalable goods

4. Due to the long return and exchange time we provide, products that have been removed from the shelves of our company will not be returned or exchanged.
5. If there is no quality problem, our company will refund the product with 20% discount. If there is serious damage to the goods received by our company, our company will provide the product pictures to the customers. According to the degree of availability of the products received, the after-sales service will negotiate with you. The payment will be returned to Alipay or pre-deposit.
Due to the difference in freight between Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, if you need to return or exchange goods, please contact our after-sales customer service first and negotiate with both parties.
