tips:
before using braised Cup, wash the lid and cup body with clean water (note that you cannot boil it with boiling water, because there are silicone ring in the lid. If you boil it with boiling water, it will easily lead to Cup leakage and heat preservation not available!)
step 1: Preheat the cup body
put boiling water into the cup, tighten the lid and preheat for 5 minutes,
step 2: pour out the boiled water inside and put it into the washed material, then pour the boiled water, then tighten the lid and wait for 3 to 4 hours (note that the boiled water should account for more than 60% of the capacity of the cup body! If it is too little, it will be stuffy and unfamiliar!)
step 3: Start enjoying food!
(There are some difficult ones, such as mung beans, red beans and lotus seeds, which need to be soaked with water before being braised)
note: stewpot uses the heat preservation ability of the Cup itself to stew and cook the food, which is not omnipotent, if you want good effect, you 'd better cook the food first and then pour it into stewpot to stew it.
