1. Return and exchange for non-quality problems:
1. Apply to customer service within 7 days (168 hours) of receipt;
2. Communicate with the customer service and negotiate with each other. You need to make up the postage or price difference for the replacement, and note the original order number, the product information to be replaced, and the courier number sent back. (If the goods are damaged during transportation and other situations that affect the secondary sales, the buyer needs to make up the difference for the replacement. If you return the product, the loss of the corresponding product and the return freight will be deducted according to the actual situation)
II. Quality issues return and exchange:
1. Apply to the customer service within 24 hours after the customer signs for it;
2. Provide detailed pictures with quality problems, negotiate with the customer service, and inform the buyer to send them back according to the situation (the postage is paid by the buyer, and our company will confirm that it is true after signing, and will transfer Alipay and take a screenshot of Wangwang to the buyer, refuse to pay on arrival for any reason!);
3. Provide the courier number sent back. Contact our company in time after the logistics is signed. Our company will issue or refund the goods within 48 hours after receiving the goods. Thank you for your cooperation! (We will bear the round-trip freight)

Precautions for return and exchange of wholesale customers

4. Express delivery

5. Return and exchange process
