01 declaration

this process applies only non-customized products(Customization is subject to the agreement of both parties. By default, it is not a quality problem and cannot be returned or exchanged).

02 after-sales validity period

if the quality problem is found within 48 hours after signing, contact customer service to register and handle it. If the quality problem is confirmed, refund/exchange is supported (our company bears the freight).

03 return conditions

No return service is available for products under the following circumstances:
1. Used and artificially damaged goods

2. Quality problems caused by customers themselves
3. Goods received more than 7 days

5. The outer packaging, accessories and gifts of the product are defective.
6. Customized products
