Specifications and dimensions
The bag dimensions indicated on our design drafts are the outer diameter dimensions. There is an error of up to 5 MM between the finished product dimensions and the actual dimensions (this is a reasonable printing error). Therefore, please ensure accurate dimensioning when ordering. If the issue is not due to our company, if the size is too small and causes difficulty in fitting the items, we will not be responsible! Thank you.

Transportation Instructions

Generally, we handle freight shipments with payment due at the destination. Freight companies typically do not offer door-to-door delivery services; we are only responsible for shipping the goods to your city. The freight company will notify you to collect the goods.

4After the transaction is completed, please do not immediately log out, so that we can confirm the shipping arrangements. Since there are many customers who need goods delivered daily, we follow the principle of “first order, first delivery” and will arrange the delivery within 1–2 days. If any products are out of stock, we will notify you promptly and refund the excess payment. Please rest assured.

5. Before shipment, we will carefully inspect the quality, quantity, and packaging. The goods will be dispatched only if there are no issues. However, due to long-distance transportation and pressure, some problems may occur. Please have the courier present when the buyer receives the package, and carefully check the item. Sign for receipt only after confirming there are no issues. If serious problems are found, ask the courier to document the reason on the spot and return it. Then contact us immediately to report the situation, and we will work with the courier company to resolve it. If the buyer raises objections after signing for delivery, it will be impossible to determine responsibility, and all consequences will be borne by the buyer. Please do not allow others to sign on behalf; otherwise, it will be considered as the buyer inspected and accepted the goods himself.
