1: ball valve is a control component that can quickly cut off and connect the medium flow in the pipeline system. In order to ensure personal and property safety, the corresponding ball valve must be correctly selected and installed, used and maintained in a standardized manner, yitonglong copper ball valve has internal and external screw threads, card sleeve, flange, hot melt connection form, widely used in water supply, Gas, HVAC, oil Circuit and other systems, the sealing experiment strictly implements GB /T 13927-1992 "general valve pressure test" standard. Before leaving the factory, 100% of the pressure test is qualified, and the air is turned off to leave the factory. It is convenient to test the sealing performance on site before use.

2: The installation of valves must be carried out by professionals with relevant qualifications. The deviation of different axial degrees of pipelines at both ends should not be too large. Otherwise, excessive assembly stress of pipelines will occur, resulting in failure and damage, the precision and effective length of pipe thread strictly follow ISO 228 standard. The external thread is conical pipe thread, and the internal thread is cylindrical pipe thread standard.

3: when installing tightening, the hexagonal or octagonal parts on the same side of the thread should be wrench, and the hexagonal or octagonal parts on the other end of the valve should not be wrench to avoid valve deformation, teflon tape or thread sealing glue must be used for sealing.

4: when installing the tightening valve, the corresponding torque wrench or Nipper for pipe must be selected, and the effective thread length can be screwed in. Do not excessively press the inner end face, causing the ball surface to be damaged and leaked, to ensure the normal use of the valve, install filters at the inlet of the pipeline as much as possible.

5: The ball valve handle (hand wheel) is designed according to the use environment of the valve and the corresponding torque. Do not use plus-sized to avoid damaging the valve due to excessive operating torque, at the same time, excessive closing speed will produce water hammer effect of instantaneous pressure multiplication, and frequent fluctuations of pipeline pressure or temperature will reduce its service life. Corresponding preventive measures should be designed.

6: The sealing packing of the valve stem is polytetrafluoroethylene. If corrosion leaks, the gland can be tightened to compensate the packing. The medium pressure needs to be removed when replacing the packing, the ball valve of refrigeration and heating system must be 1.6MPa (or above nominal pressure).
