3.Customers' specific requests for product colors or styles will be met to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. If the color or style does not match the customer's expectations, we will not offer exchanges or returns.

4.For damaged goods in transportation, we consider it very troublesome for customers to directly seek compensation from the logistics company, so our company will assume full responsibility, but this must be raised within 3 days after receipt and registered in the after-sales service form within 3 days.
