Express Logistics: Our default express delivery is ZTO Express. If you need other express delivery services, please contact our online customer service. For large consignments, please inform the customer service about the nearest logistics company address and the name of the consignment station so that you can pick up the goods in a shorter time and at a closer location. 04 About Receiving: Please personally sign for the goods upon delivery. If the delivery is accepted by family members, friends, or the gatekeeper, it will be considered as if you have personally signed. Please ensure that you open and inspect the goods on the spot before signing. If there are any damage to the goods during transportation, please verify the damage with the delivery personnel directly and claim compensation or refuse to accept the delivery.
After-sales service: If you encounter any quality issues within three days from the date of receipt, please contact us immediately. We will provide a response for returns and exchanges. We will not accept any requests after the three-day period. If there are no quality issues, we will not process any returns or exchanges. If the buyer is dissatisfied with the product due to personal preferences, such as not liking it, significant differences from the pictures, not meeting expectations, or not being as good as they imagined, the product is not eligible for returns or exchanges.
