Therefore, the normal delivery time is 2–3 days for pillow production. If there is an urgent need, you can contact customer service to request expedited processing; we will do our best to assist. If you require a customized design, samples can be sent for production. The sample fee is 50 yuan. If the order quantity per batch exceeds 200 pieces, the sample fee will be refunded.

2. Regarding custom orders, the minimum order quantity for a batch is 200 pieces. Production is available in various sizes. Prices for different specifications and quantities are listed on the link; better prices for larger orders are offered. Single-side: It means printing one pillow surface with a fabric solid color on the other side. Double-side: It means printing two pillow surfaces.

3. Regarding materials, there are four options available: linen, thick linen, white linen, and ultra-soft (crystal velvet). These four materials were selected after numerous bulk orders, and they feature excellent customization results. From material selection to weaving, they are developed and monitored by our experienced professionals. Many materials that lack outstanding performance or are not recognized in the market have been eliminated, so you don’t need to worry too much about choosing the material.

4. Our inks are high-quality and environmentally friendly, so there will be no fading or color loss! There is also no odor at all! The pillowcases come with zippers, which can be removed for washing at the appropriate temperature, without any impact.

5. Regarding the pillow core, all our pillow cores are made of high-elasticity PP cotton and thick, tough non-woven fabric outer layer. The cotton is eco-friendly, ensuring no poor quality material. Generally, there are two weights: 450g and 500g, and custom sizes are also available. As for products that emit odors during rainy weather, those are cheap alternatives; they are prone to mold and cause allergies in children, which is not comparable to our products.

6. Regarding the manufacturing process, we use 3D digital printing technology, which differs from traditional screen printing. It offers higher image clarity, better color resolution, and superior detail handling! The staff are highly experienced and very proficient in color and quality control, ensuring good results when sufficient image clarity is achieved.

7. Regarding image requirements, generally, a pillow cover of 45CM * 45CM requires an image with at least 1000 * 1000 pixels to ensure a clear printing quality. The higher the pixel count, the better the result. Additionally, those who design their own patterns should use the CMYK mode when creating the design. If the image is set to 45CM * 45CM size with DPI of 300 in RGB mode, there may be some color variation and reduced brightness after conversion. Generally, this doesn’t affect the quality significantly, but those with strict quality standards should be cautious.

8. Regarding packaging: For small orders, the pillowcase and compressed pillow core are packaged separately. For large orders, they are wrapped in a film bag, compressed, waterproof, and dustproof. They have a small size, are easy to transport, and can be sent as gifts with packaging—very convenient.

However, due to lighting, monitor color variations, and individual differences in color perception, there may be color discrepancies between the actual products and the photos.
