After the customer pays for the order and it is generated, we will arrange the goods immediately and generally ship within 1-3 days. (4) After-sales service:

If the product has quality issues due to manufacturing defects, the return shipping costs for exchange are the buyer's responsibility. After receiving the returned product, we will send the exchanged item together with the customer's next order (if we cannot accept sending the exchange together with the next shipment, the shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility!)

1. Please carefully inspect the goods in front of the logistics freight company personnel when you pick up the goods. If you find that the outer box is severely deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, or the sealing tape is incomplete, please inform the logistics company immediately.

3. Since our shipments are made by logistics companies, which use large trucks for transportation, there will be very rare losses in normal transportation. Each transportation company has an agreement, so please specify what you need from the buyers.
Logistics and transportation companies, due to the frequent occurrence of situations such as damaged toys during transportation, we do not assume the risk of transportation. It is recommended to buy insurance during the transportation process, with normal handling fees of 3%-5%. Please carefully inspect before picking up.
