1. Collaboration Methods

1. Subcontract manufacturing: The client provides raw materials, decorative paper, packaging materials, etc. The factory is responsible for processing, shaping, polishing, and packaging. The molds can be developed by the factory or provided by either the client or existing suppliers.

2. Custom processing: The client provides samples, and the factory draws (creates) drawings based on the client’s samples, develops molds, creates decorative paper, makes prototypes, processes and produces the goods, and ships the finished products;

3. Drawing processing: The client provides the design drawings, and the factory creates the mold drawings. After confirmation, the mold is made, samples are produced, manufacturing takes place, and the finished products are shipped.

4. OEM: Utilize the existing molds of the factory to apply the patterns required by the client on the product surface. The manufacturing process can involve decal printing or screen printing; the bottom can be engraved with the client’s logo; the color of the raw materials can also be customized according to the client’s specifications.

5. ODM: Based on customer requirements, design drawings according to the client’s specifications, and confirm mold production or paper development, sampling, manufacturing, and shipment of finished products.

2. Cost Description

1. The specific processing fees or product prices shall be based on the actual product quotation;

2. Mold cost: For ordinary melamine plates, bowls, cups, trays, spoons, ashtrays, and other melamine tableware, the mold cost is estimated at RMB 5,500 – 7,000; For special melamine plates, bowls, cups, trays, spoons, ashtrays, and other melamine tableware, the mold cost is estimated at RMB 7,500 – 9,500; For custom-shaped products, functional accessories, and special products, the mold cost is quoted based on the actual product or design drawings;

3. Paper sticker fee: RMB500 per color; standard CMYK four-color printing costs RMB1,500, and if specialty color printing is required, it will not exceed 8 colors.

4. Screen printing plate cost: RMB20 per color, setup fees are calculated separately.

3. Development Timeline

Paper mockup: 7–10 days; Mold development: 10–15 days after drawing confirmation.

4. Factory Commitments

1. Sign contracts with clients and proceed strictly according to their requirements;

2. Confirmation from the customer is required before mold making, printing, and production;

3. Molds and films belonging to customers are kept by the factory, and will not be used for production by other clients;

4. The factory strictly adheres to the properties of melamine materials, product structure, and controls forming temperature, forming time, and production processes; there will be no shortcuts or cut corners.

5. Conduct a full inspection of the finished products; any non-conforming items will be scrapped, ensuring strict control over product quality to guarantee compliance with customer requirements and various testing standards.

6. If quality issues occur after the product leaves the factory, and it is confirmed to be the factory’s responsibility, the factory shall responsible for returning the goods and compensating the customer for any resulting losses.
