Product quality issues leading to missing functionality will be dealt with through a return or exchange process. Please report any product issues to our after-sales service within 10 days of receipt (time of signature applies), after which we will not accept any feedback on after-sales issues.
If you encounter quality issues with the products, please return a minimum of 20 kilograms using standard logistics. We will bear the shipping costs.
