1. Exchange or return for free if there is no quality problem.
If the buyer needs to return the goods due to personal reasons, the damage and losses caused by the return of the product will be large, and the refund will be made at 70% of the original price. We do not provide return and exchange services for non-quality problems over 1 month. If you really can't help it, you can contact our customer service. 2. Quality problem returns and exchanges:
Long-term orders can accumulate damaged products for a unified return and exchange.
3. Damage to the goods during transportation:
Please open the box in front of the logistics or courier personnel to check when receiving the goods. The cardboard box has elasticity, while plastic toys do not, so it is possible that the outer box is not damaged, but the contents are damaged. Please make sure to inspect the goods before signing for them. Product damage within 3% is considered normal. We will provide a service to re-order and send replacement parts to repair the damage, but we do not send them separately. The transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is subject to weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions.
