 Our production base is located in Jiangmen, Guangdong, in southern China, with a factory area exceeding 40,000 square meters. The finished goods warehouse covers more than 10,000 square meters, and the raw material warehouse covers more than 2,000 square meters. We have more than 600 skilled production workers, with over 50 managers and R&D personnel. We are equipped with an advanced horizontal automatic continuous foam production line, several injection foam production lines, and a series of CNC sponge cutting machines. The annual production of continuous foam sponges is about 500,000 cubic meters. We also have 21 bath ball extrusion machines and dozens of CNC cutting machines for beauty makeup sponges. This ensures that we can produce up to 2.4 million bath balls and bath flowers per month, 15 million sponge cleaning products per month, and 1.5 million beauty makeup sponges per month. In addition, we have our own packaging printing workshop and cardboard workshop, making us a strong producer of bath balls, cleaning products, sponge products, and beauty products, as well as a sponge foam factory. Our complete production chain allows us to deliver quickly, save costs, customize new materials, and accept large orders, which is our advantage.

  Operating under the ISO 9001:2015/ISO 45001:2018 management system, we have passed factory audits by major international brands such as Walmart, Lowe's, etc. We have also passed all necessary certificates and tests, including BSCI, SEDEX, SEMTA, FCCA, SGS, GRS, AZO, CVS Security, etc. In addition, we meet the European EN71, American ASTM standards, and RoHS standards.  We accept custom-designed orders. Our custom processing cooperation process is as follows: communication and negotiation → sending drawings and sending samples → providing quotes and solutions by the factory → producing samples → sample confirmation → placing a down payment for the order → producing the goods → quality inspection before shipment → packing and delivery → and final payment. The samples are generally ready within 5 days after the confirmation of the drawings. We have our own design team and also provide original designs. New products are launched to the market from time to time.
