Filter installation instructions

I. Scope of use

Filters are widely used in pipeline engineering systems. Impurities in the filter medium make the flowing medium meet the working requirements. Operating temperature-10 ℃ ≤ t ≤ 120 ℃, nominal pressure 1.6MPa

II. Product Features

1. Filter screen is made of stainless steel

2. The valve cover is sealed by Teflon, which is very convenient to disassemble and clean the filter screen.

III. Installation Guide

1. When installing, pay attention to the direction of the medium flow and the direction of the arrow on the valve body.

2 .. pipe thread connection filter, when installing tightening, the hexagonal or octagonal parts on the same side of the thread should be wrench, and the hexagonal or octagonal parts on the other end should not be wrench, so as to avoid deformation of the valve body or affecting opening.

3. The indexing circle on the flange filter should be consistent with the indexing size of the pipe flange. The center of the pipe at both ends should be perpendicular to the plane of the filter flange, otherwise the valve body will be twisted and deformed.

4. The filter screen should be cleaned regularly according to the situation of the medium, so as to avoid impurity blocking affecting the circulation of the medium.
