i. Scope of use

the check valve is mainly used for the one-way flow of the medium on the pipeline, which can automatically prevent the fluid (medium) from flowing back and only allow the medium to flow in one direction. The working medium is water, oil and gas, the nominal pressure is 1.6MPa, and the working temperature is-10℃ ≤ t ≤ 120℃.

II. Product Features

   1. The product is made of high quality copper and adopts red punch forging process.

   2. Vertical soft sealing structure material is silicone rubber, Spring material is stainless steel.

III. Installation Guide

  1. Straight-through lift check valve should be installed on the spirit level road, vertical lift check valve should be installed on the vertical pipeline, and the medium flows from bottom to bottom.

  2. The installation position of swing check valve is not limited by hand. It is usually installed on the spirit level road, and can also be installed on the vertical pipeline and inclined pipeline.

  3. When installing, pay attention to that the flow direction of medium should be consistent with the arrow shown in the valve body.
