3. Customization instructions
for customized products, please confirm the sample before the production of large goods. If the sample is not confirmed, the product will be produced according to our normal process. After the customized product is confirmed, if you need to change the customized content, you need to re-verify the price with the customer service, and the resulting losses shall be borne by the customer. If there is no quality problem with customized products, they will not be returned or exchanged. Please know!

4. Shipping instructions
the goods will be delivered within 1-3 days. Please discuss with the customer service for the specific time of ordering the products.

5. Instructions for signing
when the buyer receives the goods, please confirm with the courier whether the package is intact in person, and then sign for it after confirming that it is correct. If there is any damage, please contact customer service in time, we will help you solve it as soon as possible.
