3. Customization Instructions
Please confirm the prototype of the custom product before mass production. If there is no confirmation of the prototype, the product will be produced according to our normal process. After the custom product is confirmed, if you need to change the custom content, you need to re-determine the price with the customer service, and the loss caused by this will be borne by the customer. Custom products without quality problems will not accept returns or exchanges, please be informed!

4. Shipping Instructions
Stock items are shipped within 1-3 days, for custom products, please communicate with customer service for specific timing.

5. Sign Receipt Instructions
Please confirm with the courier that the packaging is intact when you receive the goods. Sign for the delivery only after confirming that there are no damages. If there are any damages, please contact our customer service immediately, and we will resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
