Purchasing Terms and Conditions:

 2: If there is stock, the goods will be sent within 24 hours, otherwise the customer service will inform you of the shipping date.
3: Before the shipment, we will conduct strict inspections of the quantity and quality of the products. Only qualified goods can be shipped from the warehouse. The patterns on the utensils are heat-pressed wood pulp paper, and the individual pattern positions are not in the center, which is normal and does not fall within the scope of defects.  Shipping Method:
 1: Samples and small quantities of goods are generally sent by courier.
 2: Large items in a box are generally shipped by freight/logistics, and transported to the buyer's specified city. It takes about 3-4 days for direct delivery to cities, and it usually takes 5-7 days to reach cities with transfers. For remote areas, please consult the customer service.
 3: The price of the products sold by our factory does not include shipping fees, and the buyer is responsible for them.
