this process is only applicable to non-customized products (customization is subject to the agreement of both parties. By default, it is not a quality problem and cannot be returned or exchanged).

 02 after-sales validity period            

customer service will register and handle quality problems within 48 hours after signing, and support refund for confirming quality problems (our company bears the freight). 

1. Please confirm whether the goods you want to return are returned or not.

2. Contact customer service to register relevant exchange information (please be sure to contact customer service staff)
3. Log in to your 1688 account to select the product and click return. The reason for refund is selected "and the seller has reached an agreement"
4. After the refund specialist agrees with your application, return the returned goods to the following address. (reject the payment on arrival!)
5. After sending the goods, you need to enter the return page again and click [fill in the logistics information] to fill in the logistics company, logistics order number and contact number.
6. After we receive your returned goods and pass the review (confirm that the accessories are complete without affecting the secondary sales), we will refund you within the specified time.
