Generally, we send random logistics, or we can choose a more appropriate one for you. (Note: We can only help buyers estimate the freight. The actual freight is mainly based on the amount at the time of delivery. We can control the delivery time, but we can't tell the arrival time of the freight station correctly. the responsibility for damage caused by accidents such as transportation will not be borne by our company, but we have the obligation to make every effort to help customers solve this problem. Our company will adopt various ways to avoid the sending of damage events. Please check the quantity and appearance of the goods (this is your right) with the relevant personnel of the consignment department. It is found that the outer box is seriously deformed, damaged, packaging tape of the sealing box is broken, the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are obvious signs of being unpacked and opened. If the quantity is incorrect, inform the customer service and negotiate with the logistics company to solve the compensation face to face. Within the reasonable damage range, we will not return or make up. However, if the buyer intends to cooperate with us in the next large quantity, we can fill in some other parts within a certain range during the next shipment. However, the reasonable scope and replenishment quantity are mainly based on us.
3. About return and exchange
due to quality problems (excluding special factors such as logistics and transportation, weather, etc.), the seller shall bear the relevant return freight. However, due to non-quality problems (logistics, weather and other factors), we generally do not agree to return or exchange, but if the negotiation is successful, the relevant logistics freight and other buyers will bear it themselves. Others: although what we do are all fine products, for perfectionists or those who have strict requirements on products, please turn around and make an elegant detour. Transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangement, traffic conditions, etc. The estimated transportation time we give you is for reference only and is not used as the content of the contract, it is not used as a reason for returning goods.
