Logistics Instructions

This product does not include shipping costs; customers can choose their own delivery method (cash payment) or logistics option (shipping cost paid by the recipient) (please rest assured, shipping cost paid by the recipient is more expensive, while both the prepaid and recipient-paid options have the same price). The cost and time of logistics depend on the location; shipping costs are based on the actual charge by the logistics company. We will select a logistics provider with reasonable and affordable shipping costs, which generally ranges from 1% to 5% of the actual payment amount.

Sample Instructions

Delivery Acceptance Instructions

If any items are lost during transportation, please confirm the quantity before signing for delivery. If there is a shortage, refuse to sign for the goods and contact us immediately; we will handle the situation properly. If issues arise after signing, we are unable to assist further, but signing on behalf of another person will also be considered as acceptance of delivery. We hope all customers understand this.

Regarding payment

Our store strongly recommends that buyers use Alipay for payment. If the seller is online, when purchasing multiple items, please confirm the shipping fee with the seller before making the payment after the fee is adjusted; if the seller is offline, the shipping fee cannot be changed immediately, and buyers can make the payment directly. The additional shipping fee will be sent to the buyer along with the items, or a message will be left for the seller, and we will process the extra fee into your Alipay account once the seller returns online.
