Construction Steps

To ensureProduct qualityIt is recommended that the customer clean the surface before use, ensuring there is no dust or grease; no water accumulation or moisture; and it must have one side made of absorbent material and be sturdy to ensure a good adhesion.

1) Cut open the nozzle above the thread line to achieve the desired size and angle (approximately 6mm);

2) Extrude one or two continuous adhesive strips on the back side to be pasted.

3) Adhere the material to be pasted for at least 2 minutes;

4) Wipe off the spilled glue with a damp cloth;

5) Depending on the substrate, a certain support or fixation is still required when applying heavy materials.

A rubber strip with a width of 6mm can apply sizing for approximately 10m;

Adhesion time and strength: The final strength can be achieved after 48 hours, but it may vary depending on actual conditions;

Restrictions: Not suitable for use in humid or waterlogged areas, nor for installing mirrors. In terms of material, it can be made from PVC; however, it is not suitable for polyethylene or polypropylene. This product does not have waterproof properties and should not be used outdoors.

Note: Place it in a location that children cannot reach;

Storage: Store in a dry, cool environment (21 degrees with a tolerance of ±3 degrees) to prevent frost;

This product is used for materials such as veneer, wood, gypsum board, metal, mirrors, glass, plastic, rubber, wall panels, louvers, thresholds, window sills, boundary markers, pillars, junction boxes, and various synthetic materials.Stone of AdmirationObjects and tiles are fixed to concrete, bricks, plaster, walls, and rough cardboard.

Clean the surface of the construction to ensure it is free from oil or dust.

Cut open the tube opening, install the nozzle, and extrude it using a sealing gun.

1. Dry Adhesion Method (suitable for lighter materials and low-stress joints)

1. Exclude several rows of “zhi” shaped liquid nails at a distance of 40 centimeters apart;

2. Press the side with liquid nail onto the bonding area, gently pull it apart, and allow the glue to evaporate for 2–5 minutes;

3. Then press both sides tightly together.

II. Wet bonding method (suitable for areas subjected to significant pressure, used in conjunction with pliers tools)

1. Apply the liquid nail according to the dry bonding method;

2. Use a pliers, nail, or screw to immediately bond the two surfaces or secure them tightly.

3. After the glue sets (2–4 hours), remove the pliers.

Adhesion method for load-bearing materials:

Can directly bond with heavy materials. First, bond the heavy materials together, then separate them. Wait for about 5 minutes until dry, and again firmly press and tighten the materials to be bonded to ensure proper placement. If necessary, support can be used with struts. (Heavy materials must be supported.)

Adhesive bonding method with dry joint: (Ceiling lines, baseboards, door frames, accent walls)

1. Extrude a "zhi" shape adhesive along the bonding surface

2. Push the adhesive side towards the surface to be bonded, and press both sides tightly together.

3. Separate the two bonding surfaces and allow the liquid adhesive to evaporate for 2–5 minutes.

After 4.2–5 minutes, press again and tap gently along the joint area.

5. Use auxiliary tools to temporarily secure the adhesive; remove the auxiliary fixation after 24 hours.

The bonding effect can be achieved within 6.2 hours, and it will fully cure within 2-3 days.

1. Apply a strong liquid nail glue using the dry attach bonding method

2. Press the bonding surface tightly; the bonding effect can be achieved within 2–4 hours, and it will fully cure within 2–3 days.

The fast adhesive nail features ultra-fast adhesion, especially effective on multi-porous surfaces. As long as any surface is multi-pore-structured, rapid bonding can be achieved without any auxiliary devices during the process.
