Returns are not supported after seven days. 2: Within 15 days from the date of express delivery receipt signature, products can be exchanged if they are unopened and can be resold. 3: For products with free shipping during official promotions, if the customer makes a return or exchange for no reason, they must bear the shipping and return shipping costs. 4: Minor stains on the product packaging do not constitute quality issues.
