The number of related products must reach the number of one box for regular delivery, mixed batch products allow single purchase or mixed purchase of multiple products.

1. About delivery

3. If the spot payment is made before 05:30 P.M., the goods will be delivered on the same day as possible, and the goods will not be delivered on holidays. The specific negotiation time between the consignee and the customer service shall prevail.

4. If there is a shortage, we will contact the customer to inform the reason for the shortage and confirm whether to exchange the goods. If the consignee cannot be contacted within three days, the goods will be delivered first, and the goods owed can be contacted with customer service after arrival.

2. About price

1. Mixed batch supported products can be ordered according to the minimum order quantity specified by the company; The price of products in the store except for free shipping products, other fees such as freight are not included (if the price needs to be adjusted due to the increase of raw materials, it will be notified in time)

2. If the customer needs sample confirmation, he can apply for sample order with the customer service, and the customer service will record it (generally, samples are not supported for products ordered from the whole box) after the sample is confirmed, the sample fee can be returned if the order reaches 5,000 yuan.

3. Small profits but quick turnover. The prices of our company's products are factory prices. Bargaining is not supported. I hope you can understand more!

3. About receiving goods

1. If there is a shortage of goods, please contact us within 24 hours after signing, and we will help you verify and handle it immediately.

2. The packaging of the goods is exposed to water or seriously damaged and missing, please take photos and leave the certificate. Reject the Express. And contact us for handling.; If the color box is damaged, we will supply you when you place your next order. Please understand if you do not reissue it separately.

IV. About products

1. Products are sent out after passing the inspection, and various factors may lead to the loss of product functions during transportation, our company can only guarantee the qualified rate of 97-98%, and 2-3% is exempt from liability.

2. Pictures and objects: 90% of the product pictures are self-portraits, which can truly show the product itself. However, due to factors such as light and shooting level, there may be slight differences between the pictures and objects. Due to market changes, the factory may adjust the color and packaging method of the product and outer packaging. Please refer to the actual product.

V. About return and exchange

1, for products with quality problems, please arrange to send them back after accumulating a certain quantity, and the store will bear part of the freight; if the customer urgently returns, he or she must bear the return freight.(Because toy profit is too low)

2. If you need to exchange the goods for personal reasons, please contact the buyer within 3 days after receiving the goods. The product cannot affect the second sale, and the buyer shall bear the return freight.

3. One piece dropshipping if the goods are exchanged due to quality problems, the store and the consignment shall bear the freight for one trip, and the return freight shall be borne by the consignment (the consignment price has been discounted. Please understand the particularity of toy products and the factors such as the consignment)

4. If the product cannot be sold within a certain period of time, you can contact the online customer service to assess the quantity and amount of the comprehensive goods. You can return the product at a discount of 4-20%. The transportation cost is borne by the buyer.(When the goods are sold, they will not be refunded or exchanged), we recommend that you sample and then confirm batch purchase.
