The seller promises: If you use Alipay to pay for our products, if there is any quality problem or it does not match the description, our store will provide returning & amp; Exchanging supported services and bear the return postage! Basic conditions for return and exchange:
* Quality problems within 7 days: the product will be returned and exchanged according to the negotiation results between the customer and the customer service, and the round-trip fee will be borne by our store.
* Non-quality questions within 7 days: accept the return and exchange requirements, please ask for return and exchange address from the after-sales service, and the round-trip expenses shall be borne by the customer (our warehouse does not receive the payment email, please understand), and ensure the outer packaging of the goods,
the accessories and gifts are completely unused and do not affect the secondary sales. Once the goods cannot be recovered after being unpacked (except for quality problems), the buyer shall bear the risk during the return.
* If the transaction has been completed and quality problems are found, please apply for a refund within 15 days after the transaction is completed.
* The gift part is not included in the after-sales service scope.
Note: When all returns and exchanges are mailed to the seller, Please attach a scrape of the pen indicating the reason. Buyer nickname, order number, recipient information (address, phone number), and invoice and gift must be returned together,
and the warranty card and other written materials with the goods are not filled in and any defect or folding.
Non-returnable special instructions:
* There is no quality problem and the outer packaging has been removed and cannot be recovered, which affects the secondary sales.
* Products specially customized for customers cannot be returned or exchanged within 7 days without reason.
* Damage caused by deliberate human damage or force majeure.
* No reason to return or exchange goods within 7 days
* The picture and information right of the product are for reference. Problems such as shooting lights and color difference of different displays may cause slight color difference between the picture and the actual product.
* Product damage caused by self-dismantling and repair within the time limit.
