Delivery time: generally, the delivery will be completed within 48 hours.
1. About shipment: due to the large daily shipment volume, especially in the peak season of online sales, the shipment volume will burst, and we will deliver the goods in the order of payment within 1-48 hours after your payment. Express delivery and logistics are generally received at 17:00 pm.
Note: If you want to refund within 1-48 hours, you must contact our customer service. If you do not contact the refund, you must bear the face order fee of 3.5 yuan and the shipping and return fee. Our product packaging will be improved day by day, reduce damage during transportation.
2. About signing: please be sure to check the quantity of the goods on the spot and whether the packaging is intact. If there is any missing damage, contact our customer service staff on the spot and confirm the signing. If there is no inspection and signing, our store will not be responsible.
