Customers browse the website and consult the manufacturer about product-related information. The manufacturer provides a product quote based on the customer's requirements (material, size, quantity, packaging, tax documents, logistics, etc.). After the customer accepts the quote, they provide design drafts to the manufacturer. Once the manufacturer confirms the draft files, the customer pays a sample fee. The manufacturer produces a sample and sends it to the customer. After the customer approves the sample, a production contract is signed, and if the customer pays a 30% deposit, the manufacturer will produce the bulk goods. After the bulk production is completed, the customer can inspect the goods (by taking photos or sending a bulk sample for confirmation by the customer or through personal inspection) and pay the remaining balance. The manufacturer then arranges shipment to the customer.

Please consult us for details. We have partnerships with many courier services. In the Pearl River Delta, options include SF Express, Ping An Da, Yousu, Sueli, Lianhaotong, and Yuntong. For cross-provincial logistics, you can choose Deppon, Tianti Huayu, City Star, Xinlong, Xibang, Shenghui, and ShenSheng. For international shipments, DHL, UPS, EMS, TNT, and FedEx are available. Of course, customers can arrange the logistics according to the convenience of their location, and we will fully support them.

• 6. What are the payment methods? Can we issue an invoice?

  Hello, the payment method is as follows: a 30% deposit is paid first, and the remaining amount is settled after inspection (by taking photos, sending a sample, or visiting the factory in person) and approval, followed by shipment. Both regular invoices and VAT invoices can be issued.
