About pre-sale issues:

1: How many pieces are required for a batch, and do you support mixed batches? Are there any restrictions on the amount? How is the freight calculated? All products can be ordered according to the minimum order quantity indicated, with no amount restrictions! We support mixed batches! We support Alipay transactions! Each product has its weight listed, and the freight system will automatically calculate it when you order. There might be a slight error. If there are any issues, please contact our customer service immediately.

2: When shipping, are the items sent randomly, or can you choose the style? Regarding the style and color, the default is to send a mixed batch. If you have any special requirements, you can make a note when ordering (there is a column to make a note when ordering together, write the product code, style, for example: Y1: black). We will try our best to meet your requirements, but there may be some deficiencies. We hope you can understand. For large items, please make a note in the message. Small items are sent randomly. The color and style are sent randomly, but you can write a note, and we will try to match according to what you write. If there are deficiencies in color or style, we will send you randomly. 3: Are the products on the shelf in stock? What should I do if there is a shortage? All our goods are sold in stock, and the precious treasures displayed on the page are all in stock. Please rest assured to buy. Due to the large variety of goods and daily sales, there may be cases where a few products are not promptly removed, causing stockouts. Please understand, and we will refund you for the products that are out of stock or not sent. 4: I have already paid, when can the goods be shipped, and how long will it take? Because our company has a large daily shipment volume, we will ship the goods within 24-48 hours after your payment, based on the payment order. The delivery time will vary due to distance, weather, and the different operational procedures of the courier companies. Generally, it takes 1-2 days to reach in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Anhui, Guangdong, Fujian, Shandong, Jiangxi, Beijing, and Tianjin, 2-3 days for other areas, 3-5 days for remote areas, and 3-7 days for provincial logistics. About shipping: all courier services receive packages at 5 pm, and the orders of the day are generally shipped the day after tomorrow.
