2. The default shipping of fabric cut-out warehouse is with fringes, and there is no lock-edge. If you need lock-edge, you need to communicate with customer service, and it may require certain costs. Please understand.

3. All product images sold by the store are unprocessed and authentic, and there may be color errors on the web page. Please confirm the color with the customer service or send a color sample. If the return or exchange is due to color errors, our company will not accept it.

4. Since the fabric is a semi-finished product, once it is cut, it will definitely affect the second sale. If there are any quality issues, please do not cut or further process it. Contact us within 7 days. We will assume the round-trip shipping costs and re-send it. If it is cut or further processed, we will not be responsible for any damages.

5. The store does not support 7-day free returns and exchanges, please carefully consider your purchase.

6. Our products support custom-made finished products. Customers who need to customize must provide the detailed information of the custom to the customer service. The customer service is quite professional, so please cooperate with the customer service's inquiries to provide you with better solutions and to create the goods you are satisfied with. For products returned due to the error in the customer's provided information, we will not accept the return or exchange.

7. Orders paid for usually ship the same day or the next day. Customized products usually take 3-5 days to ship. Small items are delivered by courier, while large items are shipped by logistics. For logistics, customers need to pick them up themselves. If you specify a logistics company, please clearly inform the customer service, provide the logistics phone number, and we will arrange for the driver to deliver the specified logistics. If there is no specified logistics or if you directly place an order without communication, we will try our best to send the direct logistics.

8. The products from different batches may exhibit some subtle differences, such as color and texture, and the actual products should be considered as the standard.

9. Please check the package for damage after receiving the goods. If there is any damage, please contact us in time. If the damage occurs during transportation, we will not assume the corresponding responsibility for any delays caused.

10、Our store supports custom-made products. Due to the existence of manufacturing errors and losses, the height error is within 5 cm. The width error, due to the need for hemming, is 15-20 cm. Please be advised.

11. If you need to return or exchange the item, please prepay the shipping fee. We do not accept items with a "pay upon arrival" (PA) shipping method. Please understand.

12. Product photography is for a specific scene, and the other accessories such as the Roman rod in the picture are only for the picture effect. The custom-made product does not include them. The Roman rod and other accessories need to be purchased separately.
