All candles from our company are at the factory price, without negotiation. The actual weight per unit is approximately 5.3 grams, and they burn for about 100 minutes!

Candles must not scatter; for monochrome items, please place orders in multiples of 10. One box contains 10 pieces, one case contains 2000 pieces, and orders must consist of at least 200 boxes to be shipped!

Multiple colors can be mixed in one box for shipping!

By default, the shipment is paid at the destination and picked up in person. If you need shipping via express delivery or a specific logistics provider, please let us know.

	Regarding color difference All products are photographed in real life, and the colors have been professionally verified to be close to the actual items. It is recommended to refer to the flat-lay images when purchasing. Due to differences between computer monitors, slight color variations are inevitable and do not constitute quality issues.
	Regarding shipping Our store uses Yuantong Express by default. For all items, delivery is typically completed within 24 hours after payment. In special cases, we will try to deliver within 48 hours.
	Regarding payments Please pay within 24 hours after purchasing the item. If there are special circumstances, please contact us in advance to secure the goods.
	About size The product details page indicates the sizes, which are measured manually. Due to different measuring tools and methods, there may be an error of approximately 0.2–0.33 CM.

If you need to return or exchange items, please contact our after-sales customer service promptly and explain the situation. We will handle it immediately.
