The vineyard is located in the classic Vipiricula of Italy(In the Valpolicella Classico region, where calcium rocks are predominant,There are also extensive volcanic deposits. Surrounded by mountains, small streams flow through them, and the scenery is very pleasant.
Amarone is one of the oldest wines in Italy. As early as the 14th century, the King of the Goths referred to it as “Acianatico”. It wasn't until 1968 that a designated production area named Amarone was established, and its production accounts for only a small portion in the Valpolicella region.
Used for brewing AmaroneThe grapes are usuallyHarvested in September, or slightly earlier, because overly mature grapes are prone to rot and have insufficient acidity. People select healthy, full-fruited clusters and cut them off, then carefully place them in baskets. The baskets are usually shallow, as deeper ones would crush the grapes beneath due to their weight, causing oxidation and spoilage. Afterwards, the grapes are dried indoors until they shrivel, though some moisture remains inside. AmaroneThe brewing time is usually during winter.Fermentation will take place from January to February. Due to the low temperature, the fermentation period often requires 30–90 days. Law stipulates that the aging time of the wine in oak barrels must be no less than three years.

A bright Burgundy red, deep and tranquil, with aromas of black currant, raspberry, cocoa, vanilla, and almonds. The taste is dry and intense, with just the right acidity highlighting a rich dried fruit flavor. The tannins are elegant and pleasing, and the body is full.
