About Balloons
Any balloon that is filled with air will not float, but only those filled with hydrogen or helium can rise. Hydrogen is cheaper, but it is very dangerous when it encounters fire. Always keep a safe distance from fire sources when filling a balloon with hydrogen. Helium is an inert gas, which is more expensive but safer. (Air from hand-pumped or foot-pumped air tanks is air, and the balloons filled with it cannot float.) The aluminum film balloons are generally inflated to about 70%. Please do not overinflate the balloons to prevent them from breaking, affecting their use, and causing waste of the balloons!
About returns and exchanges and the number of balloons
The rate of intact balloons in a package is about 98%, with a few air leaks being normal. For returns due to non-quality issues, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee.Customized products are special and cannot be exchanged or returned. Please be informed.
Dear buyer, due to the nature of the material of the balloon skin, it is determined that there will be about 3% defective rate for the balloons. It is difficult for us to check these defects during shipping. It is normal for there to be 1-2 fewer balloons in a package of 50, as the weight is measured by machines and not as accurate as manual counting. If you are concerned, please consider carefully before making a purchase!
