Regarding after-sales service and returns/exchanges for quality issues
1. If any quality issues with the product are discovered within 7 days of receipt (based on the delivery receipt date), please contact customer service immediately. Claims after this period will not be accepted. The defective product must remain in its original packaging (please bring your own packaging; do not attach or write on the original manufacturer’s box).
