4: I have already paid. When can the shipment be made, and how long will it take to arrive? Since our company handles a large volume of shipments daily, we will ship according to the payment order within 24–48 hours after payment. The delivery time may vary depending on distance, weather conditions, and the operating procedures of different shipping companies. Items in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai are delivered promptly.
3. For customer specifications regarding product colors or styles, we will do our best to meet them, but we cannot guarantee all requests. No returns or exchanges will be provided if the color or style does not match.

Regarding after-sales service and returns/exchanges for quality issues
1. If any quality issues with the product are discovered within 7 days of receipt (based on the delivery receipt date), please contact customer service immediately. Claims after this period will not be accepted. The defective product must remain in its original packaging (please bring your own packaging; do not attach or write on the original manufacturer’s box). For returns exceeding 5 kilograms, our company will cover the return shipping cost. Returns of 5–10 kilograms should be sent via regular logistics; we will cover the shipping cost.
